Setting:
The setting of Margaux with an X, mainly happens through out her whole high school education her Senior year, in L.A. Most of the story takes place with in her own home and with in the school walls.
Narration: Margaux with an X, is written in a persons 3rd limited point of view, because the story was told about how Margaux feels. Margaux isn't telling the story of how she felt or what she had to deal with. Also the 3rd limited point of view describes the characters and problems as he, she, or it.
Plot summary:
Margaux is a child who doesn't get much attention from her parents or from her teachers. The people who she should be getting a lot of her attention from. So, Margaux struggles in school with her grades and with her shallow friends that really don't care about her either. They just pretened like they are friends. She is a very depressed child in this book, who is just needing help, but nobody notices her besides how pretty she is.Her father was a gambles all the time and is never home and spends all his money, and her mother is a shopaholic off the television.She gets the happily-ever-after she deserves in the end.

A very depressed child that is screaming on the inside but nobody could hear her. It was almost like she was dead, she felt dead, and somtimes wished it. She falls in love with Danny who helps her get through it all.

He is a scrawny, depressed child just like Marguax that is in a relationship with her and they are so simular. That they help eachother het through their tough times.

The main conflict in this story is mostly a person v.s. self. She is fighting against herself. She won't talk to anybody about why she is depressed and she won't confide in anybody. Most of all she won't even admit she has a problem!She hates herself and almost everything in life.
